DEKA introduced the Long Pulse Nd:YAG laser for hair removal in 1998, and the first pulsed light system with UPL Technology (U-shape Pulsed Light) in 2001. These two systems have been combined in the Synchro HP, the only platform in the world that combines three laser sources (Long Pulse Nd:YAG, Er:YAG and Q-Switched Nd:YAG) with nine UPL handpieces. Versatility without comparison.
The programming modes are even more user-friendly thanks to the touch screen user interface guide in selecting the most efficacious clinical protocol. The Long Pulse Nd:YAG Laser delivers the maximum power available on the market today, it can reach 1500 J/cm2 with a peak power exceeding 27,000 W, for the most efficacious treatment of small blood vessels and fine or fair hairs. Thanks to the penetration depth of the 1064 nm wavelength, the same module is ideal for all skin phototypes.
Thanks to the wide range of powers supplied, different pulse wavelengths, and 7 different handpieces available (with 1.5 mm to 20 mm spots, the largest currently on the market).
UPL (U-shape Pulsed Light) technology Three emission spectra are available (500-950 nm, 550-950 nm, 650-950 nm) and three treatment area amplitudes (2.1 cm2, 4.6 cm2, and 8.3 cm2) allowing you the chance to carry out a myriad of different applications on various anatomical sites. Safety and comfort for the patient, are guaranteed by the cooling system incorporated in the handpieces UPL.
The new laser handpieces for the Synchro HP system are miniaturized, ergonomic, and functional for targeted treatments. Small, efficacious instruments with a user-friendliness that was unimaginable until a few years ago. Q-Switched Nd:YAG at 1064 mn for treating dark tattoos and Er:YAG at 2940 nm for eliminating wrinkles, removing spots, nevi, acne scars and keratoses.
